In order to report a issue with an EV Charging Station, please complete our EV Charger Support Form. Filling out the form allows us to escalate the matter to the appropriate parties to get the issue resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
If you have any issues submitting the form, we ask that you email us at secretary@townoflloyd.gov with the following information:
- Contact Information
- Name and Email
- Vehicle Information
- Year, Make, Model, and Vehicle Charging Amperage
- EV Charging Station Information
- Parking Area, Parking Area Level, EV Charging Station or Name, EV Charger Type, Issue Type, and a Detailed Description of the Issue
