Motor Vehicle Accident Reports
Motor vehicle accident reports taken by the Town of Lloyd Police Department are made available with some exceptions to the persons involved in the accident within three to five business days of the accident. Identification will be necessary to obtain a copy of the report.
All accident reports are subject to the statutes of the Freedom of Information Law (F.O.I.L.).
F.O.I.L. request forms are available from, and may be submitted to, the Town of Lloyd Town Clerk.
