2026 Water Bill Relevy
Attention: WATER BILL RELEVY

All water bills with a due date of October 31st or prior must be paid by 4:00 Monday, November 2, 2026.

Payment must be in the Town Clerk’s office by closing at 4:00 PM, Monday, November 2, 2026.

Postmarks are NOT accepted.

Payments left after 4:00 in the Drop Box, will NOT be accepted.

Unpaid balances will be levied on the property owners 2027 property taxes.

As per the Ulster County Department of Finance Real Property Tax Service Agency

HIGHLAND WATER & SEWER DEPT WILL BE FLUSHING HYDRANTS FROM SUNDAY, OCTOBER 18, 2026 THROUGH FRIDAY, OCTOBER 23, 2026

Trash It. Don't Flush It.

Fatbergs form when grease, wipes and other stuff get flushed, clogging pipes and draining wallets.

Please notify the Town of Lloyd Water/Sewer Department at (845) 691-2400 if your residence becomes vacant for any period of time to avoid estimated bills. Thank you for your attention in this matter. 

Rates and information:

  • Water Usage Rate: $6.50 per 1000 gallons used, no minimum
  • Sewer Usage Rate (Non-Industrial): $60.00 for the first 10,000 gallons used $6.00 per 1000 gallons used in excess of 10,000 gallons, 10,000 gallon minimum
  • Sewer Usage Rate (Industrial): check with Water/Sewer Administrator
  • Water Meter Deposit: please see rates on the water service application form
