All water bills with a due date of October 31st or prior must be paid by 4:00 PM October 31, 2025.
Postmarks are NOT accepted.
Payment must be in the Town Clerk’s office by closing at 4:00 PM Friday, October 31, 2025.
Unpaid balances will be levied on the property owners 2026 property taxes.
As per the Ulster County Department of Finance Real Property Tax Service Agency

• Credit/Debit Card $3.00 Fee or 2.65% of payment. (Whichever is higher)
• Electronic Check $1.50 Fee (fee for maximum payment up to $50,000)
Please understand that due to the fact we are a Municipal Entity we cannot absorb the cost of online or in person credit or debit payments, the fees charged go directly to the Credit Service Provider.
